I believe there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to working with people, this is why my methods include frameworks of psychodynamic and attachment theory, somatic (or body-based), mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioural theories.

Originally from Italy, I've had the privilege of living in various countries since the age of 24, providing me with valuable insights into different cultures and belief systems. This has significantly heightened my cultural awareness and understanding of culturally sensitive care.
My heart found a special place in Sydney, Australia, back in 2014, where I decided to put down roots. The early days in this vibrant country posed challenges, particularly in the pursuit of Australian permanent residency and the recognition of my qualifications. Navigating these hurdles meant confronting fears head-on to live a life true to my values.
The path to where I stand today has been a mix of triumphs and challenges. In the past, I would go the extra mile, often sacrificing my own needs to please others and avoiding disappointment. Overworking became my go-to, a quest for 'success' as a measure of personal validation.
