Our Approach

There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to working with people, this is why we choose to draw on many approaches, such as cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and compassion-focused therapy.

 

Our methods also include frameworks of attachment theory, somatic (or body-based), mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic theories. We often integrate our practice with techniques such as meditations, breathwork, and inner child work.
