My Approach
There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to working with people, this is why I choose to draw on multiple approaches, such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and compassion-focused therapy.
My methods also include frameworks of attachment theory, somatic (or body-based), mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic theories.
I often integrate our practice with positive psychology, midfulness-based, and neuroscience-based techniques.
I have an attuned, collaborative and holistic approach.
My practice provides trauma-informed care and empowerment is a key part of my work.
See below for more information on the main approaches I am passionate about working with and sharing with my clients.
