Clinical Supervision for Therapists Working with Complex Trauma & Attachment
Build confidence, clarity, and sustainability in complex clinical work
If you’re sitting with clients who feel “stuck,” emotionally intense, or hard to reach, and you find yourself second-guessing your interventions, carrying sessions with you, or feeling the weight of the work, you’re not alone.
If you’re a psychologist or therapist working with complex trauma and relational presentations, and feeling emotionally drained, uncertain, or carrying the weight of the work, supervision offers a space to slow down, reflect, and regain clarity.
I provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused clinical supervision for therapists working with complex presentations, trauma, attachment injuries, and relational dynamics, with a focus on building confidence, clarity, and sustainability in practice.
This is a space to think deeply about your work, without carrying it alone.
If this is the kind of support you’ve been needing, you’re welcome to get in touch.

What you can expect from supervision
Supervision with me is collaborative and reflective, with a strong focus on clinical depth and relational understanding.
I integrate trauma-informed and attachment-focused frameworks with an awareness of the nervous system and mind–body connection, supporting you to better understand both your clients and your own experience in the work.
You can expect a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and non-judgemental, where complexity and uncertainty are welcomed.
Through our work together, you will:
- Feel more confident working with complex attachment and trauma presentations
- Develop clearer clinical thinking and decision-making
- Stay more regulated and grounded during emotionally intense sessions
- Develop a deeper understanding of relational dynamics and patterns
- Reduce burnout and the impact of vicarious trauma
- Build a more sustainable and aligned way of working as a therapist

About me
I am a registered psychologist and board-approved supervisor with a focus on trauma, attachment, and relational work.
My work has focused on complex presentations including clients with long-standing relational patterns, emotional dysregulation, and trauma histories, as well as couples and relational therapy. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches in my clinical work, including EMDR, ACT, CBT, and EFT.
I bring both clinical depth and lived understanding of the emotional demands of this work, offering supervision that supports not only your skills, but your sustainability as a therapist.
I acknowledge the privilege that comes with my background, including my race, socioeconomic position, and educational opportunities, and I remain mindful of how this shapes my perspective and the way I work with supervisees and clients.
