I am a registered psychologist with a strong professional interest in strengthening psychological safety, leadership capability, and psychosocial risk management.

My background in psychology enables me to bring a nuanced, evidence-based understanding of behaviour, wellbeing, and workplace dynamics, while my consulting approach is grounded in the practical realities faced by leaders and organisations.
